Forgive me for the photo, I just couldn’t help digging into my lunch of ling cod with a beautiful hot wasabi cream, bok choy, and crispy risotto cake. The delicious description and attractive $14 price tag on the lunch menu couldn’t keep 4 out of 6 of us from ordering this amazing dish.

As for their sustainability, they do tout the concept and simplicity of fish sourced from the Puget Sound to the table, but not much else on their menu or website. I will be updating as I find out more.
